Inbound call processing continues to improve. ReachUC and Inbound Caller ID Name display are not fully functional at this time. Updates will continue.
Inbound calls are slowly recovering. You may experience intermittent issues and failed calls. We will continue to provide additional updates as they become available. Unfortunately, we are still unable to forward calls to alternate destinations.
Our carrier informed us that they have resolved the outbound calling issues. However, inbound calling issues remain, and the estimated repair time is later this afternoon. We will provide additional updates as we receive them.
We are aware of issues affecting inbound and outbound calling. Our carrier is working to isolate and resolve the issue.
